Basic Clean:
$100 - $275
Price is a set price normally determined after the first time Deep Clean and is also based on timing of visits ( weekly, bi-weekly, 3weeks,monthly or by contract)
Includes: Dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuumed, general room cleaning, deep clean and sanitation of bathrooms, deep cleaning of kitchen and inside and out of kitchen appliances.
Deep Clean:
$200 and up
After 2 hours, cost is $50 an hour. Most homes for the first time Deep Cleaning takes an average of 4 to 6 hours total.
Includes all of the basic Clean plus: base boards,wall wiping and windows ( interior only ) ( exterior at request $50 and up ).
Move In/Move Out:
$200 and up
After 2 hours cost is $50 an hour after. Most homes take an average of 3 to 6 hours ,all depends on size and trash removal. Includes all of the Deep Clean list. We also tow off anything left to be taken to trash disposal ( extra ).
